Vault events

Filter: vault.*. The first two fire for vault sessions you created and for links you sent with POST /api/v2/checkout/vault_link. The third fires for permissions users gave your app through its vault links.

Event	Fires when
`vault.session_linked`	An open vault session got its user: a new enrollment finished, or a returning user signed in with their passkey.
`vault.card_stored`	The user stored a card in their vault.
`vault.payment_permission.updated`	The user’s permission for your app to pay with one of their cards changed.
