# Vault events

> A vault session linked to a user, a card landed in their vault, and their permission for your app to pay changed.

Filter: `vault.*`. The first two fire for vault sessions you created and for links you sent with `POST /api/v2/checkout/vault_link`. The third fires for permissions users gave your app through its vault links.

| [`vault.session_linked`](/webhooks/vault/vault-session_linked) | An open vault session got its user: a new enrollment finished, or a returning user signed in with their passkey. |
| [`vault.card_stored`](/webhooks/vault/vault-card_stored) | The user stored a card in their vault. |
| [`vault.payment_permission.updated`](/webhooks/vault/vault-payment_permission-updated) | The user's permission for your app to pay with one of their cards changed. |
