# send_support_message

> Send a message in an existing support conversation

Connect to `https://mcp.agentcard.sh/mcp` with the **user's connection token** (or a `buy_token` for org-owned accounts).

## What it does

Send a message in an existing support conversation

## Inputs

| Field | Type | Description |

| `conversation_id` *(required)* | string | The conversation ID |
| `message` *(required)* | string | Your message |

## Returns

| `message` *(required)* | string | Human-readable confirmation that the message was sent. |
| `conversationId` | string | The ID of the conversation the message was sent to. |
