# read_support_chat

> Read the message history of a support conversation

Connect to `https://mcp.agentcard.sh/mcp` with the **user's connection token** (or a `buy_token` for org-owned accounts).

**Behavior:** read-only, idempotent.

## What it does

Read the message history of a support conversation

## Inputs

| Field | Type | Description |

| `conversation_id` *(required)* | string | The conversation ID |

## Returns

| Field | Type | Description |
| - | - | - |
| `message` *(required)* | string | Human-readable rendering of the conversation history. |
| `status` | string | Outcome of the read: 'empty' when there are no messages yet, 'ok' when messages were returned. |
| `messages` | array | The messages in the conversation, oldest first. |
| `count` | number | Number of messages returned. |
