# get_balance

> The user's cash balance: the money that funds new cards.

Connect to `https://mcp.agentcard.sh/mcp` with the **user's connection token** (or a `buy_token` for org-owned accounts).

**Behavior:** idempotent.

## What it does

The user's cash balance: the money that funds new cards. Provisions the balance account on first use. Users add cash with Apple Pay or Google Pay in USD; funds are held as USDC. (The cards themselves are list\_cards.)

## Inputs

None.

## Returns

| `message` *(required)* | string | Human-readable balance summary. |
| `balanceUsd` | string | Spendable cash balance in USD (string decimal). |
| `status` | string | Balance account status. |
| `confirmingUsd` | string | Deposit clearing on-chain, not yet spendable (present only mid-deposit). |
