# buy_unlink_merchant

> Disconnect a merchant — drops the saved session + link.

Connect to `https://mcp.agentcard.sh/mcp` with the **user's connection token** (or a `buy_token` for org-owned accounts).

**Behavior:** destructive, idempotent.

## What it does

Disconnect a merchant — drops the saved session + link. The user must re-link (e.g. hosted connect) before shopping it again.

## Inputs

| `merchant` *(required)* | string | Merchant slug to disconnect (e.g. doordash). |

## Returns

| `message` *(required)* | string | Human-readable unlink outcome. |
| `status` | string | Outcome: 'unlinked', 'not\_linked', or 'error'. |
| `merchant` | string | The merchant slug that was unlinked (or attempted). |
