Connect to `https://mcp.agentcard.sh/mcp` with your **organization credential** (`client_id` + `client_secret`, or the org access token).

**Behavior:** read-only.

## What it does

Check a cardholder's identity verification status: not\_started, pending (review usually takes about a minute), requires\_input (the user must redo something — reason says what), verified (cards can be issued), or rejected.

## Inputs
